Meet Your Guide: Natalia Bennett

Welcome! I’m Natalia Bennett, creator of Happy Breathing, a program designed to help parents nurture emotionally resilient, connected families. With over 25 years of experience as a Montessori school director and certified Transformational Breath® facilitator, I have seen firsthand the powerful impact of breathwork and emotional awareness on both children and parents.

I hold a Postgraduate degree in Montessori Education and am a certified Montessori guide for early childhood development. In addition, I’m a Transformational Breath® facilitator and an international speaker, with a passion for empowering parents through practical tools that promote self-regulation and heart-centered communication.

I live in El Paso with my husband and our four wonderful children. When I’m not teaching or facilitating workshops, you can find me painting, hiking, or cooking with my family. My work is deeply rooted in helping parents and children connect to their authenticity, using the Montessori philosophy and the healing power of breath to create meaningful, supportive relationships.

This course connects parents to their heart to  connect deeply with their children. Through the Happy Breathing methodology both parent and child will develop emotional awareness by feeling the body, naming feelings and emotions and using breathwork to integrate and regulate their nervous system, thus creating an emotionally safe space for communication and expression.
